Shipping policy
Please view our current postage & packaging page, before placing any orders online.
We will not be held liable for any delays in delivery after the goods have been dispatched.
All items purchased from Alternatees are made pursuant to a shipmentdelivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns policy
We are happy to resolve any problems you may have with any items purchased from Alternatees and to honour any warranties given by the item manufacturer.
All items must first be returned to us for inspection prior to any replacement or refund being given. This must be done within 10 working days of dispatch, otherwise claims will become invalid. The cost of returning such items is the customer’s responsibility.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
